Cesar Ciel
Viggo FabricM4147-03
Cesar Ciel has a light, airy ground with an all-over animal-inspired mark that reads in soft ciel blue and muted sage tones. The pattern feels lively but restrained, with the pale background keeping the design fresh rather than heavy.

About this fabric
This Manuel Canovas fabric from the Viggo collection is composed of 50% viscose, 23% cotton, 22% polyester and 5% linen, and is supplied at approximately 140cm wide with a repeat of V 46cm / H 35cm approx. The print shows an irregular leopard-like motif in cool ciel blue-green, softened by creamy beige ground so the contrast stays gentle. The surface reads textured and slightly chalky rather than glossy, which gives the design a relaxed, tactile look. With its mid-weight cloth construction and mixed natural-synthetic content, it sits comfortably between decorative curtain use and lighter upholstery projects. The supplied care code Q 8 < T 3 and fire code √BM are also noted for specification purposes.
How to use it
Use it to bring colour to a neutral scheme without overpowering it: the soft blue tone pairs neatly with oak, pale plaster, and brushed brass. It would suit cushions, occasional chairs, or lined drapery where the small-scale motif can add movement across a room.
A breezy blue spot pattern that works beautifully on tailored upholstery or crisp curtains.

Pairs well with
A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Cesar Ciel without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
