About this fabric
From the Tara collection by Manuel Canovas, Daya Ciel is woven in 70% cotton and 30% viscose with an approximate width of 129cm and a vertical repeat of 57cm by 43cm across. The fabric shows a rich ciel-blue ground with a slightly mottled woven texture, lifted by ivory motifs and sandy taupe circular medallions. Its surface reads as a textile rather than a print, with the colour sitting softly into the weave and the lighter details standing out cleanly. The scale of the repeating medallion pattern gives it enough presence for upholstery or statement drapery, while the cotton-viscose mix suggests a supple, refined handle.
How to use it
This colourway works well where you want pattern but still want the room to feel light, especially against white painted woodwork or pale timber. Pair it with stone, linen and brushed brass to keep the ciel blue feeling fresh and elegant.
