Odin Celadon

Viggo FabricM4133-04

Odin Celadon reads as a delicate, softly mottled celadon with a cool green cast and a lightly speckled surface. Its fine woven texture gives the colour a calm, airy depth rather than a flat finish.

About this fabric

This colourway shows a gentle celadon ground lifted by tiny flecks of pale green, cream and grey, creating a soft, sandy grain across the surface. The 50% viscose, 27% cotton, 18% linen and 5% polyester composition helps explain the fabric’s crisp yet slightly relaxed hand, while the 138cm approximate width makes it practical for a wide range of schemes. With a repeat of V 0cm / H 0cm approx, the design presents as a subtle all-over texture rather than a directional motif. The colour sits in a cool, muted register that feels fresher than sage and less blue than mint, with enough restraint to work in both contemporary and classic rooms.

How to use it

Use it on an upholstered chair or banquette where the celadon tone can soften timber, plaster and stone surfaces. It also makes a good drapery choice in a light-filled room, where the pale green weave will read as fresh and quietly refined.

A pale celadon weave that feels fresh, quietly tailored and easy to pair with oak or chalky neutrals.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
