About this fabric

Cesar Ivoire from the Viggo collection by Manuel Canovas is a 140cm wide fabric composed of 50% viscose, 23% cotton, 22% polyester and 5% linen. The small-scale motif reads in warm golden beige against an ivory base, with a softly irregular, woven texture that gives the surface subtle movement. The colourway feels pale and creamy rather than stark white, so the pattern stands out delicately without sharpening the room. With a vertical repeat of 46cm approx. and horizontal repeat of 35cm approx., it suits schemes that want gentle texture and a restrained decorative note. The √BM fire code is an added practical point for residential and contract planning.

How to use it

Use this colourway to soften a tailored sofa, armchair or bench where you want pattern without visual weight. It also works well at the window, where the ivory ground will keep the room bright and the gold flecks add a low-key warmth.

A quietly luminous neutral that works beautifully on upholstered pieces or elegant curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
