Velours Moorea Ecarlate from the Velours Tosca collection is composed of 92% viscose and 8% polyester, with an approximate width of 136cm and a repeat of V 20cm / H 17cm. The velvet surface intensifies the red into a deep scarlet tone, while the irregular cream marking lifts the pattern and keeps the overall look animated. In the image, the colour feels saturated and warm rather than bright or orange, with the pile catching light to give subtle tonal variation across the ground.
