Odin Rubis

Viggo FabricM4133-09

Odin Rubis shows a finely speckled, textural surface in a warm rubis red with softer coral and blush notes breaking up the colour. The effect is lively but grounded, with a woven depth that reads clearly across the whole swatch.

About this fabric

This Viggo fabric by Manuel Canovas has a compact woven look with a small, irregular speckle that gives the surface movement without a printed repeat; the supplied repeat is vertical 0cm / horizontal 0cm approx. The colourway mixes saturated ruby and red tones with lighter pinkish flecks, so it feels warmer and brighter than a deep burgundy, yet more structured than a plain solid. At approx. 138cm wide, and composed of 50% viscose, 27% cotton, 18% linen and 5% polyester, it has the balanced handle of a cloth that can work on both seating and window treatments. The Q 8 < T 3 care code and √BM fire code make it a practical decorative textile for considered interiors.

How to use it

Use this rubis tone to bring energy to a neutral scheme, especially beside chalky plaster, tan leather or pale oak. It also works well as a smart accent on a chair, bench or curtain where the woven texture can catch the light.

A rich red bouclé-like texture that adds warmth and depth to tailored interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
