About this fabric

From the Tanya collection by Manuel Canovas, this fabric is composed of 43% cotton, 34% viscose, 14% linen, 7% acrylic and 2% polyester, with a width of approximately 295cm and a repeat of V 30cm / H 8cm approx. The colourway reads as a dark prune burgundy, with warm red-brown notes rather than a flat purple, and the lighter yarns soften the overall effect. Its fine, regular structure gives the design a neat, tailored feel, while the subtle textural variation keeps the surface from looking heavy. Care code Q 8 + W 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

This prune shade works well on upholstered chairs, banquettes or cushions where the small geometric pattern can add depth at close range. Pair it with walnut, aged brass or creamy neutrals to bring out the warm burgundy undertone.

Use to add rich colour and crisp texture without overwhelming a scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
