About this fabric
This 518gsm Clarke & Clarke fabric has a dense, softly brushed appearance, with irregular tonal variation visible across the ruby-red ground rather than a defined printed motif. The deep crimson areas add visual depth, while the lighter red patches catch the light across the surface. With a 140cm usable width and 25m standard length, it is well suited to larger upholstery projects. Both the vertical and horizontal pattern repeats are 0cm, making it a plain, non-directional fabric for cutting and placement.
How to use it
Use Allure Ruby to bring concentrated warmth and drama to an armchair, sofa or upholstered headboard, pairing its deep red tone with aged timber, dark metal or softer neutral walls. The subtly distressed surface keeps the colour from reading as flat or overly glossy.
