About this fabric
This fabric is composed of 67% polyester and 33% cotton, and is supplied as drapes only, which suits the fluid look of the print and the 140cm width. The visible colour is a muted slate blue with a slightly dusty finish, lifted by cream-toned motif details that give the pattern a gentle contrast rather than a sharp one. Repeating birds, feathered leaves and flower-like medallions create a conversational, botanical rhythm across the cloth, while the 34.5cm vertical repeat and 23.5cm horizontal repeat indicate a generous, statement pattern. At 336 grams per linear metre and 240 grams per square metre, it reads as a substantial decorative textile with enough body for elegant curtains.
How to use it
Use this shade where you want pattern without excess brightness: it works especially well in a sitting room, dining room or study with natural wood, linen and aged brass. The cool blue ground keeps the animal-botanical motif feeling composed and slightly formal.
