About this fabric

Woven in 67% polyester and 33% cotton, this fabric is specified for drapes only and has a width of 140cm. The design combines animal, conversational and botanical elements, with stylised birds and leaf forms repeating across a textured ground. In Truffle, the palette settles into a warm taupe-brown with lighter natural detailing, giving the surface a calm, earthy depth rather than a strong contrast. The 34.5cm vertical repeat and 23.5cm horizontal repeat create a generously scaled pattern that will show best where the motif can be seen in full.

How to use it

Use Baux Truffle for full-length curtains or relaxed blinds where the warm taupe tone can soften a room without feeling heavy. It works especially well with oak, linen and muted green accents, letting the detailed repeat add interest in a quiet, grounded way.

A warm taupe ground keeps the botanical animal motif elegant and easy to layer.
