About this fabric

The close plain weave creates a subtle crosshatch effect, with fine vertical and horizontal threads giving the surface gentle depth rather than a printed pattern. Its warm grey-beige tone reads softly against the light, making this a more embracing neutral than a cool stone shade. At 517gsm, Albany Mink has the substantial handle expected of a heavy upholstery textile. The 139cm usable width and zero vertical and horizontal pattern repeat make the plain surface straightforward to position.

How to use it

Use Albany Mink on sofas, armchairs or dining seats where its warm taupe-mink tone can soften darker timber, aged leather and chalky neutrals. Pair it with brushed metal or natural wood to highlight the weave’s quiet texture.

Use this warm mink taupe weave to bring quiet depth and tactile neutrality to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
