About this fabric

This 517gsm Albany Pecan fabric is a substantial woven textile suited to upholstery. Its warm pecan-brown ground is softened by irregular pale horizontal and vertical threads, producing a fine crosshatch effect rather than a printed motif. With a 139cm usable width, it offers a practical surface for upholstered furniture while retaining a relaxed, tactile appearance. The pattern repeat is 0cm vertically and horizontally, so the woven texture does not require pattern matching.

How to use it

Pair this warm pecan shade with cream, putty and deeper walnut tones for a quietly layered scheme. Its muted brown depth works especially well on sofas, armchairs and footstools where the crosshatched weave can be appreciated up close.

Use this warm pecan tone to bring understated depth to upholstered seating and occasional chairs.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
