Loire Praline
Verona Collection FabricLOIRE
Loire Praline is a quietly tailored plain with a soft, earthy taupe-brown appearance and a lightly textured surface. The close-up weave gives the colour a lived-in, natural depth rather than a flat finish.

About this fabric
This colourway reads as a warm mushroom taupe, with subtle brown undertones and a muted, elegant softness across the surface. The visible plain weave has the dry, tactile character you would expect from a 70% cotton, 30% linen cloth, and the texture catches the light just enough to keep the shade from looking static. With a width of 142cm and a robust 18,000 rub test, it is a practical choice for light domestic upholstery, drapes and blinds. At 483 grams per linear metre, the fabric has enough substance to feel substantial while still keeping a relaxed, textile-led look. Made in India, it suits interiors that need a calm neutral with a more grounded, grown-up finish than a flat beige.
How to use it
Use Loire Praline on an armchair, banquette or simple curtain panels where its warm taupe tone can soften sharper architectural lines. It pairs especially well with oak, bronze hardware and deeper chocolate accents, letting the weave add quiet texture without competing with the room.
A restrained neutral that works beautifully as a quiet backdrop on both upholstery and soft furnishings.

Pairs well with
Loire Praline is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.
Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
