About this fabric

This Voyage Maison fabric is made from 95% cotton and 5% linen, with a width of 140cm and a 45.67cm horizontal and vertical pattern repeat. The surface has a natural woven look that suits the hand-painted botanical forms, while the cream background keeps the overall effect relaxed rather than dense. In this colourway, the stems, seed heads and leaves are picked out in earthy brown, moss, taupe and faded green tones, with just enough contrast to make the pattern readable without sharpening it too much. It is dry clean only, iron safe, and should not be bleached, softened or tumble dried.

How to use it

Its muted brown and green palette works well with oak, weathered timber and linen upholstery, especially in rooms that need pattern without strong contrast. Use it for relaxed curtains or occasional chairs to bring a gentle, earthy layer to neutral interiors.

Use for soft furnishings or drapes where the muted leafy print can bring warmth without feeling heavy.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
