Botanical Stories Fabricallimor/fa1/apr

Allimore Orange shows a pale apricot ground scattered with delicate botanical sprigs and tiny bees. The overall effect is light, airy and softly decorative rather than bold.

About this fabric

This fabric is woven in a 95% cotton, 5% linen blend with a 140cm width, and it is dry clean only; it is also marked iron safe. In this colourway, the ground reads as a warm, muted apricot-orange with a gentle sun-faded softness, so the printed stems and flowers stand out without feeling sharp. The small floral clusters are worked in fresh green stems with orange and yellow blossom tips, while the tiny bees add a playful, fine-drawn detail across the cloth. The visible weave has a natural, lightly textured look that suits soft furnishings and keeps the print feeling relaxed and breathable.

How to use it

This softer orange works well in light-filled rooms, where its warm blush tone can lift neutral walls without dominating them. Pair it with oat, chalk white or pale timber for curtains that feel fresh and quietly botanical.

Use with natural linens and pale woods for a warm, airy scheme.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Allimore orange without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
