Bracken orange

Bracken Fabricbracken/fa1/amb

Bracken Orange shows a leafy botanical print in a warm, sunbaked orange over a pale ground. The design reads airy and natural, with the foliage motif giving it movement without feeling heavy.

About this fabric

Woven in 95% cotton and 5% linen, this Voyage Maison fabric has a crisp but approachable handle and a midweight feel at 230gsm. The usable width is 138cm, with a 34.5cm horizontal repeat and 48.69cm vertical repeat, so the large-scale leaf pattern will need to be planned carefully across drops and cushions. The orange tone is earthy rather than bright, with terracotta and bracken notes that sit softly against the lighter background. Dry clean only, with an iron-safe finish, it is suitable for curtains, blinds and soft furnishings where its organic pattern can be fully shown.

How to use it

This colourway works well in rooms that need warmth without becoming too bold, especially with oak, rattan or painted neutrals. It would suit relaxed curtains or feature cushions where the orange foliage can add a grounded, autumnal accent.

Use to bring warm autumnal colour and a lively botanical layer to curtains or statement upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
