About this fabric
The pictured colourway layers pale flax-tan, ochre and deeper teak-brown lines, with the darker vertical bands giving the design measured rhythm and gentle depth. Fine horizontal lines cross the stripes to form a small, irregular check-like structure rather than a flat, uniform stripe. The supplied composition is 85% hemp and 15% cotton. It has an approximate repeat of 52cm vertically by 85cm horizontally, allowing the pattern’s alternating bands to be considered across a wall.
How to use it
Use Teak against chalky plaster tones, natural timber and muted tobacco accents, where its warm tan ground and brown banding can read as an earthy architectural layer. It would suit a study, dining room or calm bedroom scheme that benefits from linear texture without strong contrast.
