About this fabric

The surface is composed of closely packed horizontal striations, shifting between dark chocolate brown, warm bark and softer taupe-brown lines. Fine irregular fibres catch the light across the image, creating a tactile, organic effect rather than a defined printed motif. Supplied as 100% Banana Leaves, this wallcovering has an approximate vertical and horizontal repeat of 0cm. Its low-contrast tonal movement keeps the Bark colourway grounded and atmospheric while preserving the natural character visible in the swatch.

How to use it

Use this deep, earthy brown on a study, snug or feature wall where its bark-like linear texture can add warmth without introducing a strong repeated pattern. Pair it with smoked timber, aged bronze and muted mauve-brown textiles to pick up the quieter tones in the surface.

The deep bark-brown ground and fine horizontal striations bring earthy depth to a study, snug or feature wall.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
