Lucio Stone

Portofino Collection FabricLUCIO

Lucio Stone is a calm, stone-toned plain with a fine vertical rib visible across the surface. Its muted taupe-beige colour feels cool and understated, with the weave giving it just enough texture to keep the finish from reading flat.

About this fabric

Woven in Spain, Lucio Stone is composed of 88% polyester and 12% nylon, giving it a practical body suited to demanding interior use. It is specified for severe contract upholstery and drapes, with a rub test of 40,000, a width of 145cm, and a substantial 363 grams per linear metre. The fabric shows a very tight, even rib effect with no vertical pattern repeat and only a minimal 0.5cm horizontal repeat, so the surface reads as a refined plain rather than a patterned cloth. In this colourway, the stone-taupe ground sits between grey and beige, creating a restrained, versatile look with a softly matte appearance.

How to use it

Use Lucio Stone on tailored sofas, banquettes, or upholstered headboards where the subtle rib will catch the light without drawing attention. It also works well as a drape in warm neutral schemes, pairing neatly with oak, chalk white, and deeper taupe accents.

A quietly tailored neutral that works across classic seating and elegant curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
