About this fabric

Woven in India from 67% polyester and 33% cotton, Pepin Ochre is specified for drapes only and has a width of 140cm. Its surface shows a fine, slubbed texture with tiny pale flecks worked through a muted ochre base, creating a dry, heathered effect rather than a smooth solid. The 28cm vertical repeat and 23cm horizontal repeat indicate a structured woven design, while the 240gsm weight gives it pleasing substance for curtains. The colour sits between mustard and antique gold, with a warm, earthy depth that softens the brightness often found in yellow-toned fabrics.

How to use it

Use this colourway for curtains in rooms with natural wood, limestone, or cream paint, where the warm ochre tone can echo late-afternoon light. It also works well as a grounding drape in spaces that need colour without losing an understated, heritage feel.
