Abella Gold

Tatton Park Collection FabricABELLA

Abella Gold brings a soft, warm gold tone to the Tatton Park Collection, lifted by a tiny pale motif scattered across the surface. The overall effect is gentle and refined, with the pattern reading clearly without overpowering the ground.

About this fabric

Woven in 74% cotton and 26% polyester, this fabric is specified for drapes only and has a substantial 335gsm weight with a 138cm width. The colourway shown here is a muted golden beige rather than a bright metallic gold, giving the cloth a calm, sunlit character. Small white animal motifs sit evenly across the surface, creating a conversational repeat that feels neat and decorative. The texture in the image appears softly slubbed and lightly matte, which helps the pale motif stand out against the warm ground.

How to use it

Use this colourway where you want a gentle hit of gold without glare, especially in rooms with natural wood or chalky neutrals. It works well for tailored curtains, Roman blinds, or layered window dressings in smart but relaxed schemes.

A soft gold ground with tiny pale motifs suits elegant curtains and relaxed formal interiors.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Abella Gold without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
