Blickling Ink
Tatton Park Collection FabricBLICKLING
Blickling Ink shows a fine botanical trail set against a deep charcoal ground, with the motif reading as a soft silver-grey rather than a bright contrast. The overall effect is cool, restrained and elegant.

About this fabric
Woven in 100% polyester, this fabric is specified for drapes only and has a width of 140cm, making it a practical choice for full-length window treatments. The small leafy floral sprigs are arranged in vertical trails with a 27.5cm repeat and 48cm horizontal repeat, which helps the pattern fall in a steady, tailored rhythm across the cloth. In this colourway, the ground appears dark ink-grey with a subtle matte depth, while the foliage motif reads lighter and slightly reflective, giving the design a crisp outline without looking high-contrast. At 329 grams per linear metre, it has enough substance to hang neatly and hold the pattern definition shown in the image.
How to use it
Use Blickling Ink where you want a smart, moody window dressing that won’t overpower the room. It pairs especially well with pale plaster, oak, brushed metal and other cool neutral finishes.
The cool charcoal ground keeps the delicate botanical trail feeling elegant and understated.

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Blickling Ink without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
