Arezzo Ink

Portofino Collection FabricAREZZO

Arezzo Ink is a deep, cool charcoal plain with an understated, softly textured surface. The dark ink-like finish reads smart and restrained, with just enough woven variation to keep the cloth from looking flat.

About this fabric

Part of Ashley Wilde’s Portofino Collection, Arezzo Ink is a 100% polyester fabric designed for general domestic upholstery and drapes. It has a practical 25,000 rub test, a width of 142cm, and a substantial weight of 510gsm, giving it a reassuringly full handle. Visually, the colour sits between graphite and black rather than a true jet black, with a cool, smoky depth that catches the light in a gentle, matte way. The plain weave and subtle surface texture make it feel tailored and contemporary, while still soft enough to work across different interior settings.

How to use it

Use Arezzo Ink for a smart sofa, statement armchair, or full-length curtains where you want a dark, cocooning backdrop. Its muted charcoal tone pairs well with pale oak, warm brass, and crisp off-white for clean contrast.

A deep charcoal tone that gives a tailored, grounded finish to upholstery or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
