Blickling Forest

Tatton Park Collection FabricBLICKLING

Blickling Forest has a calm, leafy ground in a muted forest green, with slender botanical stems and small pale leaves drifting across the surface. The design feels airy rather than dense, giving the swatch a fresh, quietly decorative look.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester and specified for drapes only, this Ashley Wilde fabric has a smooth, even face that suits a tailored curtain or blind treatment. The muted forest-green ground reads cool and understated, while the fine branching motif is picked out in soft light tones that lift clearly from the background. With a vertical pattern repeat of 27.5cm and a horizontal repeat of 48cm, the design forms a regular trailing rhythm across the width. At 140cm wide and 329 grams per linear metre, it offers a substantial drapery handle without feeling heavy.

How to use it

Use it for curtains in rooms with oak, painted timber or aged brass, where the restrained green can echo garden views. The pale leaf detail keeps the colourway bright enough for layered schemes with cream, stone or soft grey.

Pair with warm neutrals and natural woods to let the delicate botanical trail stand out.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Blickling Forest without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
