Serrula Moss

Sherwood Collection FabricSERRULA

Serrula Moss shows a softly mottled moss ground with fine vertical striations that create a gentle, leaf-like rhythm across the surface. The overall effect is muted and natural, with a traditional feel that sits comfortably in layered interior schemes.

About this fabric

Woven in 82% polyester and 18% cotton, Serrula Moss is a drapes-only fabric with a practical 139cm width and a substantial 343 grams per linear metre. The design’s vertical repeat of 34.5cm and horizontal repeat of 35cm give the pattern its ordered, elongated movement, while the cloth’s surface reads as softly textured rather than shiny. In this colourway, the green sits in a dusty moss register with warmer beige undertones, so the pattern feels organic and settled rather than bright. Made in India, it has the look of a traditional drapery with enough body to hold a clean, elegant hang.

How to use it

Use Serrula Moss for curtains in rooms that need a calm, grounded green without strong saturation. It pairs well with aged wood, warm neutrals and layered natural textures, where the soft vertical pattern can add quiet height.

A soft moss tone with a subtle vertical stripe that feels calm and traditional in drapes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
