About this fabric

Part of Ashley Wilde’s Sherwood Collection, Verna Lemon is a drapes-only fabric in 90% recycled polyester and 10% polyester. The design has a 36cm vertical and horizontal repeat, a 142cm width and a substantial 348 grams per linear metre, giving it a well-made curtain cloth handle. In this colourway the lemons read as a gentle, sunlit yellow rather than a sharp citrus tone, softened further by the creamy background and muted leaf shading. The painterly surface detail gives the pattern a relaxed, conversational feel with enough presence to lift a room without overwhelming it.

How to use it

Use it for curtains in breakfast rooms, garden-facing sitting rooms or cheerful bedrooms where the soft lemon ground can brighten the scheme. It pairs especially well with painted woodwork, light oak and other warm neutrals.

Fresh and uplifting, it works beautifully for light, welcoming curtains.
