About this fabric

Woven in 74% cotton and 26% polyester, Abella Zest is specified for drapes only and has a substantial 335 gsm handle with a 138 cm width. The surface reads as a textured, weathered mustard gold, with a slightly chalky finish that softens the colour rather than making it glossy. Its small-scale animal/conversational motif is picked out in a pale cream tone, giving the design a playful flicker across the cloth without overwhelming the ground. With a vertical repeat of 33.5 cm and a horizontal repeat of 17.5 cm, the pattern feels neatly ordered and well suited to tailored curtain work.

How to use it

Use Abella Zest where you want a golden, earthy warmth rather than a bright yellow statement. It pairs well with natural timber, aged brass and soft neutrals, letting the small cream motif add interest from a distance.

A cheerful small-scale motif that brings a warm, sunlit note to curtains and blinds.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
