Westray FabricLF1932

Westray Moss has a muted, earthy green colour with pale oat-coloured yarns woven through its surface. The close texture creates a softly mottled, broken geometric effect rather than a flat plain.

About this fabric

This Linwood fabric combines 30% wool with 70% cotton and is approximately 137cm wide. Its moss-green ground is crossed by small, irregular diagonal woven marks in lighter natural tones, giving the swatch subtle movement and depth. The compact weave has a softly nubby appearance that reads as tactile without becoming visually busy. It is rated for Contract and General Domestic use and specified for fixed upholstery, with dry-clean care.

How to use it

Pair Westray Moss with warm timber, parchment neutrals and aged brass to draw out its earthy green tone. It would bring restrained colour and texture to a contemporary sofa, reading comfortably in both natural and lower evening light.

Use this muted moss-green weave on sofas, armchairs and dining seats for a quietly organic look.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
