About this fabric
Woven in 100% cotton and specified for drapes only, Kielder Sage has a natural handle that suits curtainmaking beautifully. The cloth is 140cm wide, with a 32cm vertical repeat and 34.5cm horizontal repeat, so the pattern falls in a measured, orderly way across larger drops. Visually, the colour is a soft, cool-leaning sage rather than a bright green, which lets the white animal and floral motifs stand out with a crisp, airy contrast. At 215gsm, it has enough substance to hang neatly while still keeping the overall look light and easygoing. Made in Turkey, this colourway feels calm and pastoral, with the print retaining a clear, hand-drawn character.
How to use it
Use Kielder Sage for relaxed curtains in a kitchen, sitting room or guest bedroom where its muted green tone brings a fresh, natural note. It also works well with painted wood, pale oak and chalky whites, which echo the fabric’s soft, botanical feel.
