Bronte Emerald

Darwin Collection FabricBRONTE

Bronte Emerald is a quietly textured plain in a deep moss green, with a soft, understated surface that keeps the colour feeling grounded rather than bright. The weave catches the light gently, giving the cloth a subtle depth across the full width.

About this fabric

From Ashley Wilde’s Darwin Collection, Bronte Emerald is woven in 68% recycled polyester and 32% polyester and is supplied at 140cm wide. It has a substantial handle at 320gsm, which supports its drapes-only usage and gives the cloth a full, composed fall at the window. Visually, the colour sits in a dark forest-green range with a slightly muted, earthy cast rather than a vivid jewel tone. The plain weave and zero pattern repeat keep the look clean and contemporary, while the fine crosshatch of the weave adds quiet texture.

How to use it

Use this emerald green with warm timber, tobacco leather or pale stone to let the shade read rich and tailored. It works especially well in rooms where you want a deeper window dressing without adding pattern.

A rich dark green that reads calm and tailored at the window.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
