About this fabric

From Ashley Wilde’s Darwin Collection, this fabric is made in India from 68% recycled polyester and 32% polyester. It is specified for drapes only, with a 140cm width and a substantial 320gsm / 448g per linear metre, which suits the fabric’s composed, structured handle. The swatch shows a restrained denim-blue shade with a grey cast, so it feels calm rather than bright and works well in schemes that need colour without strong contrast. With no repeat and a plain style, the interest comes from the fine woven texture and the way the blue shifts subtly across the cloth.

How to use it

Use Bronte Denim for full-length curtains, Roman blinds or relaxed layered drapes where the cool blue can soften timber, stone and white walls. Its muted tone pairs especially well with oatmeal, chalk white and deeper navy accents.
