About this fabric

From the Darwin Collection by Ashley Wilde, Austen Mineral is a drapes-only fabric woven in 90% recycled polyester and 10% polyester. The cloth is 140cm wide and has a weight of 200gsm / 280gsm, giving it enough body for elegant curtain hangs without looking heavy. Visually, the colour reads as a very pale mineral green with a cool, misted quality rather than a vivid aqua, and the fine horizontal striations add gentle movement across the plain surface. With no pattern repeat, it is an easy choice where a clean, understated finish is wanted.

How to use it

Use this soft mint shade to lighten north-facing rooms, or pair it with warm oak and chalky whites for a fresh, coastal-feeling scheme. It works especially well on full-length curtains where the pale tone can glow in natural daylight.
