Alderney FR Lime

Alderney Fabric

Alderney FR Lime shows a crisp checked pattern in fresh lime green, soft beige and pale stone, edged with dark lines that sharpen the grid. The herringbone-like weave gives the surface a tailored, lightly textured look.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester and measuring 140cm wide, Alderney FR Lime has a practical mid-weight feel suited to both upholstery and drapery. The design uses a 19cm vertical repeat, creating a generous checked layout with clear vertical bands and a balanced plaid rhythm. In this colourway, the lime reads muted rather than bright, sitting between moss and chartreuse, while the lighter blocks keep the overall effect airy. The dark outlining threads add definition and make the pattern feel more structured and country-inspired than playful. Care code NQT1< applies to this fabric.

How to use it

Use this fresh green check to lift a neutral room, especially on an occasional chair, bench cushion or relaxed curtains. It pairs neatly with oak, painted timber and warm stone because the lime tone stays soft and grounded.

A fresh plaid that works well on a statement chair or tailored curtain.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Alderney FR Lime without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
