Chambray Kiwi

Chambray Fabric23

Chambray Kiwi brings a soft kiwi-green tone to the Chambray collection, with a fine woven look that reads fresh rather than bright. The surface shows a subtle herringbone-like texture that gives the colour extra depth and movement.

About this fabric

This colourway sits between sage and apple green, with a gently muted finish that feels airy and natural in the light. The fabric is woven from 47% Polyester, 46% BCI Cotton and 7% Linen, and has a Martindale rub test of 30,000, making it suitable for Heavy Domestic use. Its small-scale weave gives the surface a crisp, cloth-like texture without looking flat, and the diagonal threads help the green shift softly across the face of the fabric. Supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, it is a practical upholstery option where a fresh green palette is wanted.

How to use it

Use Chambray Kiwi on a tailored armchair, bench or headboard to bring a cool, leaf-green note into a room. It works especially well with pale timber, off-white walls and textured natural accessories.

Pairs neatly with oak, linen and chalky neutrals for an easy layered scheme.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Chambray Kiwi without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
