About this fabric

This colourway reads as a dark, muted olive-green with a cool, earthy undertone, and the fine woven texture softens the depth of the shade. Made in 62% polyester and 38% cotton, it is specified for Heavy Domestic use with a 35,000 Martindale rating, making it well suited to everyday seating. The fabric has a compact plain design with a subtle surface grain that catches the light just enough to show movement across the weave. Supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, it also offers a practical finish for upholstery projects that need a neat, understated appearance.

How to use it

Use Chamonix Lead on sofas, dining chairs or banquettes where the dark olive tone can anchor warmer woods, brass and natural textures. It also sits well with chalky creams and stone greys for a sharper, more contemporary palette.
