About this fabric

This colourway shows a gentle ivory with a warm cream cast, so it feels softer than a bright white and more inviting in shaded or north-facing rooms. The plain weave has a subtle horizontal grain that adds depth without interrupting the clean look of the cloth. Made from 62% polyester and 38% cotton, it is specified for Heavy Domestic use and has a 35,000 Martindale rating, making it a practical choice where a tailored finish is needed. It is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, and professional dry clean in situ is recommended for care.

How to use it

Use this ivory on a sofa, banquette or headboard when you want a light, versatile base that still feels warm rather than stark. It pairs especially well with oak, limestone, putty greys and muted taupe accents.
