Chambray Highland Green

Chambray Fabric34

Chambray Highland Green shows a tightly woven herringbone-style texture with soft vertical striping and a cool, muted sage-green ground. The small-scale pattern reads understated and tailored rather than bold.

About this fabric

This colourway combines 47% Polyester, 46% BCI Cotton and 7% Linen, giving the surface a crisp woven handle with a subtle natural slub visible in the cloth. The 30,000 Martindale rating and Heavy Domestic classification make it well suited to everyday seating, while the back-coated construction is supplied to Cigarette & Match to BS5852. Visually, Highland Green sits in a softened sage register with darker woven lines that sharpen the pattern and add depth without making it look busy. The overall effect is smart and restrained, with the herringbone weave catching light in a way that keeps the green from feeling flat.

How to use it

Use Highland Green on an armchair, banquette or headboard where its muted sage tone can add colour without dominating the room. It pairs neatly with oak, chalky neutrals and darker bronze accents for a composed, layered scheme.

A quietly tailored green that works well on classic seating and refined cushions.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
