About this fabric

This colourway shows a restrained hay bale beige, lifted by creamy highlights and a gentle linen-like slub that gives the cloth depth without strong contrast. The small-scale woven pattern sits neatly across the surface, creating a calm, tailored look rather than a bold statement. With a composition of 47% Polyester, 46% BCI Cotton and 7% Linen, it balances a natural handle with practical stability. Rated for Heavy Domestic use and tested to 30,000 Martindale, it is well suited to seating that needs to work hard while still feeling refined. It is supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, with other treatments available on request.

How to use it

Pair this warm neutral with oak, aged brass and chalky painted finishes for a relaxed, layered interior. Its soft beige tone also works well as a grounding fabric against darker woods or olive accents.

A quietly tonal weave that brings soft warmth and easy texture to everyday seating.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Chambray Hay Bale without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
