About this fabric

Part of the Carrera collection by J Brown, this plain fabric is made from 100% polyester and is specified for contract use. It carries an impressive 80,000 Martindale rating, making it a strong choice where durability matters. The swatch shows a warm calico-beige ground with a slightly mottled, softly brushed appearance that catches the light in pale sandy highlights. Supplied back coated to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, it can also be professionally cleaned in situ or washed at 40℃, subject to the pattern book guidance.

How to use it

Use this quiet beige on sofas, banquettes or headboards when you want a neutral with a little more warmth than grey. It sits especially well beside oak, stone and off-white paints, where its soft tonal variation feels calm and lived-in.
