Bronte Jade

Darwin Collection FabricBRONTE

Bronte Jade is a quietly tonal plain with a soft jade-green cast and a lightly textured surface. The colour sits in a muted, natural range that feels fresh rather than bright.

About this fabric

Woven in 68% Recycled Polyester and 32% Polyester, this fabric is specified for drapes only and comes in a 140cm width with a weight of 320gsm (448g per linear metre). Visually, Bronte Jade reads as a subdued green with a cool, silvery softness, so the surface feels calm and understated rather than vivid. The plain weave shows a fine crosshatch of threads that catches the light gently, adding subtle depth without introducing pattern. Its mid-to-heavier drapery weight suggests a reassuring hang for curtains and full-length window treatments. Made in India, it has a practical, contemporary feel that suits a neat, tailored finish.

How to use it

Use Bronte Jade on full-height curtains where its muted green tone can soften daylight and sit comfortably alongside timber, linen and stone. It works especially well in rooms that need colour without contrast, giving a quiet, grounded backdrop.

A calm, muted green that brings an easy, natural softness to windows.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
