Bronte Oatmeal

Darwin Collection FabricBRONTE

Bronte Oatmeal is a quietly textured plain in a soft oatmeal beige that reads warm and easy on the eye. The surface has a fine woven look that gives the cloth gentle depth without introducing a visible pattern.

About this fabric

Woven in India from 68% Recycled Polyester and 32% Polyester, Bronte Oatmeal is specified for drapes only and has no horizontal pattern repeat. At 320gsm and 140cm wide, it has enough substance to hang with body while still keeping the light, relaxed feel visible in the swatch. The colour is a muted beige with a slightly chalky oatmeal cast, sitting between cream and taupe rather than reading stark or golden. Its understated weave catches the light softly, making the fabric feel tailored, calm and versatile for window dressing.

How to use it

Use this oatmeal tone for full-length curtains or Roman blinds where you want a warm neutral backdrop. It pairs especially well with pale woods, natural linens and deeper accent colours that need a soft, steady setting.

A calm neutral that softens a room without competing with patterned furnishings.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
