About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester and specified for drapes only, Cherington Sesame has a practical body that still hangs with a refined, decorative feel. The design uses a 32cm vertical repeat and 35.5cm horizontal repeat, giving the stylised floral trees a balanced, spaced-out rhythm across the width. At 145cm wide and 250gsm, it is a substantial curtain fabric with enough presence to frame a room without feeling dense. The sesame-toned motif sits just above the pale background, so the pattern is visible but quiet, with a soft matte look rather than strong contrast. Made in Turkey, it suits rooms that need a tailored botanical statement in a calm neutral palette.

How to use it

Use Cherington Sesame for lined curtains or relaxed Roman blinds where its muted beige pattern can soften daylight. It works especially well with pale oak, linen upholstery and brushed brass accents for a warm, understated scheme.
