Cherington Oyster

Caversham Collection FabricCHERINGTON

Cherington Oyster presents a delicate botanical repeat in a soft oyster beige, with the foliage motif floating cleanly across a pale ground. The overall effect is airy and composed, giving the design a quietly tailored look.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester and specified for drapes only, this fabric has the body needed to hang neatly while keeping the pattern crisp. The design shows dense, rounded floral-botanical medallions in a muted oyster-beige tone, paired with slender trailing stems that break up the repeat and add movement. With a vertical pattern repeat of 32cm and a horizontal repeat of 35.5cm, the motif reads as a substantial decorative statement rather than a small-scale spot. At 145cm wide and 363 grams per linear metre, it feels substantial enough for structured curtains and lined window treatments. Made in Turkey, Cherington Oyster has a soft, light-reflective neutrality that keeps the pattern understated rather than high contrast.

How to use it

Use Cherington Oyster for formal curtains, Roman blinds, or layered sheers where the pale beige ground can lift darker interiors. It sits especially well with warm whites, natural oak, and brushed brass for a calm, polished finish.

A refined oyster ground keeps the leafy motif light and elegant on the window.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
