About this fabric

The softly warm beige background is lightly textured, while the dragonflies appear in a deep charcoal-brown tone with delicate, netted wings and slender bodies. At 228 gsm, this is a versatile mid-weight fabric suited to both upholstery and drapery. The design has a 31 cm vertical repeat and a 33.8 cm horizontal repeat, giving the evenly spaced motifs a considered rhythm across the cloth. A 138 cm usable width and 30 m standard length make it practical for coordinated furnishing projects.

How to use it

Use the oatmeal tone to soften a reading chair, bench or relaxed curtain scheme, then echo the charcoal dragonflies with dark wood, iron or charcoal-painted details. Its muted contrast works especially well with warm whites, stone and natural timber.

A softly textured oatmeal ground with finely drawn charcoal dragonflies for relaxed, nature-inspired upholstery or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
