About this fabric

The warm beige ground is gently varied by pale cream and taupe threads, producing a softly marled effect rather than a flat solid colour. Closely spaced horizontal and vertical yarns form an irregular crosshatch, with the weave catching the light in fine, dry-looking lines. At 588 gsm and 138 cm usable width, this is a substantial textile well suited to upholstery. It has a 0 cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeat, while the standard length is 30 m, so there is no motif to match across panels.

How to use it

Use the warm oat-beige colourway on a sofa, armchair or dining seat where its softly irregular texture can add depth without introducing a strong pattern. It works especially well with pale oak, natural linen tones, chalky whites and aged brass.

Use this warm oat-beige weave on relaxed upholstery, pairing it with timber, chalky neutrals and softly aged finishes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
