Allan Linen

Allan FabricL9390-02

Allan Linen has a soft, woven look with a very small grid-like check that reads almost as texture from a distance. In this colourway, the mix of pale oat, linen beige and faint taupe keeps the surface calm and understated.

About this fabric

This Allan Linen colourway from Larsen is a fabric with a subtle small-scale check and a gently slubbed handle that gives the surface a dry, tailored character. The cloth is composed of 66% Cotton, 29% Viscose and 5% Linen, with a width of approximately 150cm and a repeat of V 15cm / H 13cm approx. The visible palette is a warm oat beige with soft taupe movement, so the pattern stays low-contrast and quietly textural rather than bold. It has enough substance for upholstery, while the lighter, natural-looking weave also suits curtains or relaxed soft furnishings. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √CM are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use this tone on a sofa, banquette or headboard where you want texture without strong colour. It pairs especially well with light oak, chalk white and muted stone finishes.

A quiet, tactile neutral that works well on tailored seating or soft, lined curtains.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Allan Linen without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
