Elliot Gull

Elliot FabricL9393-11

Elliot Gull is a softly muted greige with a gently heathered surface and a calm, low-contrast finish. The plain weave gives it an easy, understated look that reads warmer in some light and cooler in others.

About this fabric

Woven in 63% cotton, 20% viscose, 15% linen and 2% polyacrylic, Elliot Gull has a natural-looking handle with a subtle dry texture visible across the cloth. The 130cm approximate width makes it practical for a wide range of made-to-measure projects, and the 0cm vertical and horizontal repeat confirms a clean plain cloth with no directional pattern. In this colourway, the shade sits between beige and grey, with a soft stone-like depth and just enough warmth to avoid looking stark. The surface has a lightly mottled character that adds interest without breaking up the overall calm effect.

How to use it

Use Elliot Gull for relaxed upholstery, tailored cushions or simple curtains where you want a neutral that still feels refined. Its warm greige tone works especially well with pale oak, plaster pinks, charcoal accents and tactile linens.

A quiet greige that sits easily with timber, stone and muted colour accents.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
