Benson White

Elliot FabricL9406-01

Benson White is a softly brushed ivory colourway with a clean, tailored look and a faint vertical striation across the weave. The surface reads calm and light, with just enough texture to keep the plain ground from feeling flat.

About this fabric

Woven in 47% Linen, 35% Cotton and 18% Viscose, Benson White has the natural look of a linen blend with a smoother, more controlled finish. The swatch shows a pale ivory ground rather than a bright optical white, with warm undertones that soften the overall effect. Its subtle vertical grain gives the cloth quiet movement and helps the surface catch the light gently. With an approximate width of 144cm and a repeat of V 0cm / H 4cm approx, it is a straightforward design to work with for both upholstery and drapery. The Q 8 < W 3 care code and √BM fire code add to its practical appeal for contract and residential schemes alike.

How to use it

Use Benson White where you want a fresh, understated backdrop: it will lift timber, stone and darker accent colours without looking stark. Its warm ivory cast suits relaxed contemporary seating, tailored curtains or blinds, and calm layered interiors.

A quiet ivory tone that feels refined and versatile across both upholstery and curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
