Benson Sand

Elliot FabricL9406-05

Benson Sand reads as a quiet, pale ground with fine vertical striping in warm sandy beige. The effect is clean and restrained, with a gentle woven texture rather than a sharp graphic contrast.

About this fabric

Benson Sand from Larsen’s Elliot collection is a fabric with a 144cm approximate width and a repeat of V 0cm / H 4cm approx, creating slender vertical stripes across the face. The composition is 47% Linen, 35% Cotton, 18% Viscose, which supports the fabric’s natural, slightly matte handle and softly textured look. In this colourway, the stripe sits just a tone or two deeper than the creamy base, so the overall impression is light, warm and quietly tailored. It has a calm, structured presence that feels more refined than rustic, with the fine repeat keeping the design subtle from a distance.

How to use it

Use Benson Sand where you want a pale fabric with a little linear interest: upholstered dining chairs, neat loose covers or lined curtains. Its warm cream-and-sand palette layers easily with oak, chalky neutrals and deeper tan accents.

A pale sand stripe that feels crisp and tailored, with enough softness for relaxed schemes too.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
