Atwood Ivory

Essential Weaves Vol 1 FabricEWV1ATWOOD

Atwood Ivory is a softly lit ivory weave with a barely-there geometric texture that reads calm and refined. The pattern sits quietly across the surface, giving the cloth subtle movement without interrupting its pale finish.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester and specified for drapes only, Atwood Ivory has the practical body of a curtain fabric while still looking airy and understated. The swatch shows a warm ivory ground with a delicate small-scale diamond-like texture, so the design feels crisp rather than flat. At 140cm wide, with a vertical pattern repeat of 23cm and a horizontal repeat of 24cm, it is suited to well-finished window dressings. The 357 grams per linear metre cloth weight and 255 grams per square metre give it a substantial, quality drape, while the rub test is N/A as supplied.

How to use it

Use this pale ivory colourway for full-length curtains where you want the weave to soften daylight without darkening the room. Its gentle warmth works especially well with natural timber, stone, and relaxed neutral schemes.

A quiet ivory weave that keeps a room light and tailored.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
